Why do you offer the payment plan and then, after the doll is ordered, send me a postcard. when I call, you tell me I am not actually being offered the payment plan and must pay in full up front.

This is my second doll order from you people, I have excellent credit rating. When I called today to discuss this, the guy who answers your phone said he was not permitted to transfer me to billing. When I asked to speak to somebody in customer service to express my dissatifaction, he tells me that HE IS customer service. Well Im stuck now because I promised this doll to my daughter for Christmas, but you can be assured that this will absolutely be my last order from your company.

VERY SHADY business practices to say the least. Ill spend my money elsewhere next year.
