Still charging my account after repeatedly telling you to stop!!!
I cancelled monthly subscription for doll clothes.. actually never agreed to have a subscription.
Bought a doll and some clothes... you mailed clothes to wrong addresses. Then began charging me a monthly fee of $16 and change!! I want reimbursement.
This is against the law. You do not have my permission to go into my account and take any fees.

Made a purchase of a monkey baby doll was charged never got it my mom always got her orders and your products are beautiful really liked this baby doll not much more to write except checking on this a just get an answer popped up though was from your company and was charged 30. Dollars for nothing hope this all gets resolved

I was on hold for length of time it was disconnected, cannot seem to get answers to my questions.
I would like to know what is going on with Yuki. You keep postponing the delivery over and over and I would just like to know how long this is going to continue.

Unaware Membership Fees
I think it was very unfair to me that they have been taking money from my account every month for about 8 months for membership fees that I was unaware of only because I ordered a baby doll..I was nice enough to order from this website but then I get penalize for it..This is the worst website I've ever ordered from and I think I should be reimbursed my money back.
