I was going to make payments. He took all at once; that was all I had. Y'all are supposedly sending my money back; y'all haven't yet.

I think I got scammed! I helped my great granddaughter buy a doll from them. Not it seems that I was signed up for a rewards program which costs $16.95 a month.

Don’t order from them they don’t care about their customer and how the are Treated

They sent me the invoice. I tried to pay it. I thought it was paid. The next day, I received a message stating they would not accept the payment. They gave me a confirmation on the day before. I've never heard anything from them. The day I sent the e-mail to them and then tried to pay what the invoice stated, they would still not accept it again. This was set up on payments and I thought it had been taken care of. I didn’t know otherwise until I received the invoice. This is the second time they have done this to me. The first time I called in and we took care of it. The second time, I was put on hold for 2.5 hours; they never answered. I finally hung up. I've been ordering things from them for many, many years. They have beautiful things and they make it to where you can make payments. I just wish they would do what they said they would. They took the first payment out but didn’t take any more out of my credit card. They just sent me an invoice stating I was behind and I needed to make a payment of either $152.75 or the remaining balance of $229.87 by the 20th of May. I called on the 20th, was put on hold again, so I just chose a different way, paid it, and got a confirmation number. But still to this day, they have never contacted me or left me a message. I guess they just don’t care.

But from the looks of things, they didn’t even read my message or they just don’t care. The next thing they will probably do is send me to a credit agency or threaten me like most companies like to do, even if they know it was their fault. But they don’t care if they mess up someone else’s credit.

Still charging my account after repeatedly telling you to stop!!!
