I think I got scammed! I helped my great granddaughter buy a doll from them. Not it seems that I was signed up for a rewards program which costs $16.95 a month.

Poor customer service
- - Signed up for a series after ordering an ornament.
- - Cancellation attempts fail; charges continue and new ornaments arrive.
After ordering an ornament, I was unknowingly signed up for a series. I have called 3 times to cancel and still am being charged and sent new ornaments, though each time customer service says I wont be.
Now, no matter what time I call, it says the call center is closed. I just want to get my name off this list and not be sent anything else!!
Rubbish company.
They delivered an expensive item to my home which I did not order and I do not want. Not even my name. I want it removed from my home.

But from the looks of things, they didn’t even read my message or they just don’t care. The next thing they will probably do is send me to a credit agency or threaten me like most companies like to do, even if they know it was their fault. But they don’t care if they mess up someone else’s credit.

Never got my order
I placed three orders on December 18th and they were going to be here before Christmas with the extra shipping which I paid. I have received the two outfits and no doll

This is against the law. You do not have my permission to go into my account and take any fees.
