I ordered a doll for $155. Feb.2 order suplose to arrive Mar.

9th -Mar 17. I judt want my stsus. It will not tell me my order status. It says my info is wrong.

I tried to email. Emailer demon says their email was unknown. Am i out of my money. I can seem to talk to anyone.

I am so pissed and dissapoint men. I needed it by March 26.

Hope i have. Please someone tell me how can i find something out in time.

Order my daughter a doll back in march. It's supposed to ship next week.

I went in the website to check my order status and it told me that they only service Canadian customers only and when I put in Ashton drake it comes up as Bradford exchange. My daughter will be super upset if she does not receive her doll she's been waiting for all this time and I'll be highly upset as well.

There's no number to call either. This is horrible business and customer service if you ask me
