I am emailing because I ordered 2 xmas dolls very expensive at that and then my email said order by certain date ,which I did and then received an email order did not go through I had to call check what happened they said in order to get by xmas I had to pay express shipping which went from $30 to $80 in shipping. I go to check my account and it has been charged twice for each doll very upset . Sad to say I am a returning customer and very mad no help and no answers from customer service the were no help at all especially when I asked to speak to manager just put you on hold and do not ever put someone else on
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $80.
