I ordered two separate orders, one was shipped on December 13 and one on December 20. Both were guaranteed to be here before Christmas.
NEITHER ONE ARRIVED. My daughter told me that this was her test to believe in Santa, if it didn't come she would know... After hours on the phone with FedEx, it was discovered it was because Ashton Drake didn't have the package delivered to FED Ex, they sent it via regular mail to Fed Ex. Now neither package is going to arrive until December 27 and 28.
I sent them an email on December 21 to try and discuss the issue. No response. I called today and they could not explain the "guarantee", oops.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU SHOULD NOT GUARANTEE THINGS YOU CANNOT DELIVER.
