The Ashton Drake Galleries - Don’t do it!
I have the same problem, I ordered two dolls originally and two weeks later while still waiting for the tracking to update I called them they said it would be no later than the 21st.... then five days ago I saw FINALLY the tracking updated to say dolls would ship in February...
I called AGAIN out of stock... how the *** did I order it.... well I need the dolls by Christmas so they SAY they can give me two day shipping and dolls will be here FOR SURE before Christmas, well I paid the two day expedited shipping and no surprise the dolls haven’t shipped yet WTH! Christmas even tomorrow and now big gift for my little girls.
When I call it really seems they have no clue about shipping like they’re guessing, horrible customer service And for the price of the doll I will go back to paradise galleries. Goodbye
