I purchased an Ashton Drake Doll for my 8 year old daughter and within the first month one of the legs had the stitching come apart and the leg fell off. We sewed the leg back on ourselves the best we could.
Then the other leg fell off a month later. I contacted customer service since I would expect a $150 doll to not fall apart after 2 months of gentle use. They told me that they only would fix a doll that is delivered damaged. They do not stand behind their product that appears to be low quality.
There is no phone number to call customer service and have a conversation to have the issue resolved. That is probably a good indicator of how poor their customer service department is!
