Chloe's Look Of Love Baby Doll...Very happy Customer!
On 11/15/16 I ordered the Chloe's Look Of Love Baby Doll for my 6 yr daughter as a Christmas present, today is 11/22/16 and I just received her. I immediately opened the package to inspect as her as I was a bit worried because of a lot of bad reviews I had read with dolls not looking right.
I am very pleased to say that Chloe looks beautiful! I also read bad reviews on dolls not arriving when they were suppose to but that didn't happen to me either.
I did order the doll thought Amazon and not directly thru the Ashton-Drake website not sure if maybe that had something to so with it. All in all I am very happy with shipping, the doll and cannot wait to see my daughter's eyes light up on Christmas!

Sent wrong item and have not received the correct one. I ordered baby Charlie on December 1st, said it would be here by December 14 which was perfect because that was my daughters birthday.
Well a package did arrive only it was baby Charlie it was a small pink shoe ornament. I called customer service and they said they said it would be shopping out overnight and I should receive an email. It is now 3 days later and I still have not received a tracking number or baby Charlie. I am very upset since i couldn't give it to her for her birthday and now it looks like I am not going to give it to her for Christmas.
My daughter is autistic and finds comfort in caring for these babies. We ordered one before and received it no problem so that is why I ordered again from them. The customer service seemed like they didn't even care when I called them.
I will be calling them again Monday and hopefully they have an update! This is ridiculous!!
Do Not Order From This Company
I ordered two dolls for Grand-daughters for Christmas first week of November, was told delivery would be 7 to 10 business days. I called company back November 21st and was told dolls had been shipped and I should get them by the 30th of November, called back December 1st and was told shipment had been misplaced and they would reorder, I said I needed dolls by December 8th because we were having early Christmas on December 10th, was told they could not guarantee shipment by the 8th. I told young lady to cancel order and I was told she could not cancel the order but if I did not receive dolls by the 8th I could request a refund, I told her to issue a refund NOW because I was cancelling the order and I could not believe a company with this type of service was still in business and that I would be reporting them to the BBB.

This is the worst company I have ever delt with in my life. I ordered my daughter the So Truly mine doll the day after Thanksgiving.
I still haven't gotten it. I called December 7th and they said UPS returned the doll damaged and they sent out another one. That sounded like a complete lie as I never heard of that happening before. I still haven't gotten the doll.
I had also emailed customer service - they responded via email and said a doll was shipped out on the 12th - so which is it - the 7th or the 12th? Well I guess I won't know because the tracking number listed doesn't even work.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
Too much money for this level of problems
We ordered one of these expensive *** dolls as a gift for mom since she does not have grandkids. We thought oh what a cute idea.
It was shipped on Dec 13th using priority shipment. Should have arrived on the 20th. I called on 22nd and asked for the tracking number and was told they don't have a tracking number and it did ship, we are refunding the priority charges since it did not deliver on time. So I'm thinking OK we still have today (Thursday), Friday and Saturday and it sill may deliver.
Got an email this morning 23rd saying it was sold out. WTF?!?! We called them and they said the first shipment is lost with USPS and when they tried to reship is when they realized it was sold out. It will take 2-3 weeks for the refund.
NO NOT ACCEPTABLE. So now I have to call back Monday because the system has to show item lost and then they can refund in 24-48 hours. First of all, why don't you have the tracking number? Why did I not receive an email saying item shipped and here is the tracking number.
Every online business has a system setup to automatically email that info. This system has been around for 20 plus years. Yet this high priced, wannabe high end frou-frou company can't even communicate with it's customers. Then to have these kinds of issues.
I noticed several people on this site has the same complaint basically. Let Amazon take over their shipping operations.
Don't buy for the holidays!
I bought a doll, that was supposed to arrive 3 days after purchase. It has now been 14 days!
They can not provide me with a tracking number! Told me to "wait" and it will come. I am going to have to buy something else for my daughter to have for Christmas! The customer service is not existent!
The provide an email, but to fins a number you have to dig and dig. I finally found one, just to find out they are closed on the weekends.
This is a week before Christmas , I would think they would have some there! This is the ONLY company that did not deliver my Christmas presents , out of 40 companies!!!

Charged twice for installment payments
I ordered doll on 12/10/2016 and 30.99 was deducted from my card. Well I received an email stating doll was shipped on 12/13 and another 30.99 was deducted from my card.
I called customer service on 12/14 and the rep was rude and overtalking me but sounded as if she was being coached as to what to say. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after waiting about 20 minutes supervisor explains the first 30.99 was "frozen" and a pre-charge but the "real" charge was the second 30.99 when item was shipped and the "frozen" charged amount would be added back to my card in 24-48 hours. I explained I've never heard of any company doing business this way. She apologized and guaranteed that the amount would be back on 12/15.....we will see.
If it isn't I will cancel this card and send them payments by check.
This is ridiculous!! I will not be doing business with them again nor will I recommend this company to anyone!!
Christmas gone bad
I ordered "Noah" for my little girl as a Christmas gift back on Nov 30th with a guaranteed Christmas delivery and it showed that it shipped the next day. The tracking number was not a good number.
Could not find it anywhere. I called when I did not receive my doll in the time frame that they gave me and I was told that they would send me a new one overnight and when I went to look it up it showed that the doll would be ready for shipment on Feb 5th 2017!!! What the heck!?!?!?
Never again will I order anything from these scammers!!! If I do ever receive a doll then it will definitely be my last.

Ordered a doll for my daughter is November. I was told that the doll would be here by Christmas.
I tried to place a few other online purchases and my debit card would not work. I called my bank, and the bank shut my card off because The Bradford Exchange Company and Ashton Drake charged my account. The bank. Since I did know what the Bradford Exchange Company, I had to shut my card off and order another card.
I thought I would try to order the doll again, my new card was charged, and it was shipped on December 5th. I tried to track the package, and the tracking number is bogus. I called the company a million times. A supervisor was never available, and they continued to lie.
It is Christmas Eve ...No doll and out 150.00. This company is a scam.

I ordered the butterfly kisses doll for my grandmother with dementia from ashton drake, and 3 weeks later it arrived well three weeks after that another doll was sent so i called the company and told them that i didnt order a raspberry kisses doll and the lady on the phone sent me a return label and i returned the doll by usps in october, ashton drake has been charging my credit card for a doll that i never asked for and has been sent back to them and the postal service has the signature of the Person that signed for the return but ashton drake claim they still havent received the return and it has been 3 months. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL KEEP YOUR PAYMENT INFO ON FILE AND WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU FOR DOLLS THAT YOU DONT HAVE.. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered a doll from this company on December 15th, 2016. They guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
I called three days later after the purchase they told me the order has not been updated but shipped out. I called a couple days after that and said it was shipped fed ex. I said the tracking number isn't working. They said they dont give tracking numbers.
I said fed ex gives tracking numbers always!! 24th no doll!!! The doll was updated with a tracking number on the 23rd of December. They just shipped it on the 23rd and it wont arrive until the 28th or 29th.
We should all SUE their ***!!!
My child was disappointed!!! I have a call log of how many times i called them.
